Sunfloral is committed to supplying you, the customer, with the freshest top-quality flowers and foliage. We use locally grown product and harvest to order. All product is guaranteed to be top quality by our suppliers, and to guarantee this our packing staff check every bunch. All packing is carried out in a special temperature-controlled building to ensure the cool chain is not broken.

There may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order not meeting expectations. In these circumstances, we request you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, to discuss a favourable resolution to your concerns.

Please keep any flowers or foliage that you are not happy with, as we may need to have them returned to our quality assurance team to assess any problems.

If a refund does need to be given, it will be credited back to you via the same method in which the order was purchased, minus any delivery expenses.
