What methods of payment are acceptable?

Sunfloral accepts Cash, Cheque for pickup orders only and Visa, MasterCard and Direct Deposit for orders delivered to your door.

How do I know if you received my order?

Every customer is automatically sent a confirmation email once we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address.

What if I want to cancel my order?

In these cases the full amount will be refunded using the same method as payment was made.

However if the order is already in transit and needs to be returned, a cancellation fee of up to $15 to cover delivery and costs will be charged.

If I click on "order now" have I spent any money?

No, when you enter your credit card details and click "Pay" is when your credit card is charged.

What happens if the flowers delivered are unsatisfactory?
